Easy Craft Software

PDF Ultra is a service offered by Easy Craft Software, also referred to in this document as 'PDF Ultra App', 'our', 'we', or 'us'. This Terms and Conditions Agreement ('the Agreement') outlines the regulations that oversee your usage ('User', 'you' or 'your') of our application and the services provided via the PDF Ultra App. We emphasize that your usage is restricted by your comprehension of, and agreement with, these Terms and Conditions.

This document specifies both your rights and our rights pertaining to the delivery of the Service (hereinafter identified as 'the Service'). Therefore, we strongly recommend you examine these Terms meticulously.

Description of Services

At Easy Craft Software, a variety of services are provided through our application, which encompasses - but not strictly limited to - creation, editing, and sharing of PDFs from your mobile phone or tab.
.You, as a user, are accountable for procuring all necessary equipment required to use our services, this includes Internet access. Please note that these services are at your own expense.
We hold the exclusive right to modify or discontinue any or all of our Services, inclusive of all the features within these Services, at any time. This can be performed without prior notice. Please understand that we accept no liability to you or any third party for the exercise of such rights.

Your Account

Users are prohibited from utilizing any form of language that is considered offensive, vulgar, infringing on another person's intellectual property rights, or in any way violating these Terms.
Users must be either 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority as per their state of residence's law. Usage of Our Services by minors in the age group of 13 to 18 is permitted only through an account owned by a parent or a legal guardian. This provision requires both: the permission of the parent or legal guardian, and their direct supervision.
Users are wholly accountable for all activities performed through their account. This includes activities conducted by a minor using your account.

User Conduct

You hereby agree to access Easy Craft Software's application only through software downloaded from the Apple App Store. Easy Craft Software releases updates through the App Store. It is your responsibility to update the application from the App Store periodically and as necessary to maintain the service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Services. The permission is extended to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Easy Craft Software's application strictly for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing. This constitutes a grant of license, not a transfer of title.
By using the application, you are in agreement to utilize it exclusively for lawful purposes. Any use of the material or application that constitutes an illegal offence or gives rise to liability is strictly prohibited. This prohibition also extends to violations of any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. Any use of the application or the services that could potentially harm the application, services, or general business of Easy Craft Software. is likewise disallowed. If you are uncertain about the legality of your application use, you should refrain from continuing its use.
The application, along with any of Easy Craft Software's Services should not be used for unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, sending of junk or bulk emails (also known as "spamming"), chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.
You agree not to modify or attempt to modify the software, or use a modified version of the application. Any attempts to reverse engineer or disassemble any code or software found on Easy Craft Software's application is prohibited. It is strictly forbidden to violate the security of the application or Services. This includes any unauthorized access, circumvention of encryption or other security tools, data mining or interference to any host, user, or network.

Termination & Suspension

Easy Craft Software expressly reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Services at its discretion, with or without providing prior notice. Such termination or suspension may be due to any reason, particularly but not limited to, violations of this Agreement.
Suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activities will potentially lead to termination of your relationship with Easy Craft Software. Furthermore, such suspect activities could be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Immediately upon termination or suspension, your right to avail the services available on this application will cease. You understand and agree that Easy Craft Software may promptly deactivate or delete your account, along with all related information and files in your account, and/or restrict any further access to such files or the application.
Easy Craft Software bears no liability towards you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in relation to such termination or suspension.
While it is unfortunate to see you leave, you have the right to terminate your account with us at any time. Termination can be initiated by directly contacting us and requesting the termination.
Upon termination of this Agreement, provisions which are by their nature intended to continue post-termination will remain in full force and effect.
